New Fitness to Practise Documents

In anticipation of the new Fitness to Practise Procedure being introduced on 31 January 2022, we have published the new Fitness to Practise Procedure below and the associated guidance. As such, Registrants, Member Institutions and members of the public will be able to understand, in advance, the changes that will be made to our complaints handling function on 31 January 2022.

For all complaints or concerns raised with the BPC post-31 January 2022, the new Fitness to Practise Procedure will apply. For complaints or concerns received prior to 31 January 2022, the existing 2016 Complaints Procedure will continue to apply until the complaint has been concluded.
