Clinical Supervisor

BCS is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to join our vibrant and thriving counselling service and offer group supervision to BCS’s qualified counsellors starting from September 2026. Our clinical supervisors form a fundamental part of the BCS team by supporting the ongoing development of our counsellors and the clinical work of the Service. The post-holder would offer weekly in-person 90 minute group supervision to groups of four counsellors, using a psychodynamic or integrative approach. This role is a contract for between 2-3 groups and requires at least one evening.
