Clinical Director/Lead

Rafan House Harley Street is seeking to appoint a highly experienced senior clinician to join our on-line psychotherapy practice as Clinical Director/Lead for up to 1 day per week (aggregated). This would include having client/patients for adults/couples/adolescents/children/family work.

Rafan House is a clinically-governed psychotherapeutic clinic offering specialized and discreet conversations with individuals, couples, families and organisations who are seeking help with the demands of 21st century life.

In addition there would be the opportunity to work with client/patients, over and above the work of the Clinical Director/Lead. The work is largely online, with an expectation of attending quarterly clinical team meetings in London.

Salary would be up to £16K pa (pro rata £80,000 pa) (depending upon hours worked or equivalent consultancy fee).

Applicants must be registered with the BPC/ACP/AFT/HCPC/BPS plus a minimum of five years’ post- qualification experience and will be expected to be subject to enhanced DBS checks. Safeguarding expertise will also be required.
