Learn how to apply mentalization-based treatment for families (MBT-F) to promote the mental wellbeing of families.
MBT-F draws on psychodynamic principles, systemic theory, cognitive-behavioural therapy practices and a social ecological framework to help families improve their communication and minimise misunderstandings. Meet and discuss experiences in-person with colleagues from across services and sectors, and develop practical skills in implementing MBT-F to support families experiencing difficulties ranging from depression to family conflict.
