This webinar will address the optimal conditions for the development of creativity and the obstacles that can get in the way of this. It will explore the conscious and unconscious mechanisms which can either impede or support this process. It is based on the clinical experience of psychodynamic work with clients whose psychological predicaments have affected various aspects of their life, including creativity. We will also discuss the latest neuroscientific research which supports the empirical data. We will talk about different periods of childhood and adulthood when creativity is developed and when it can also potentially be hindered. Participants will be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and contribute to the discussion.
