Salary: Salary: £35,126 pro rata (Full Time Equivalent) Annual Salary for Seminar Leader to teach on their own-£2,709.73 pro rata to period of employment. Annual Salary for two Seminar Co-Leaders – £2,032.30 per co-leader pro rata to period of employment.

Role description:
The WPF Foundation Certificate in Counselling Skills provides a grounding in basic skills of listening and responding and in counselling ethics. The course is designed both as a foundation for further training as well as a stand-alone training. We are currently recruiting for a Seminar Leader to lead seminars on their own or to co-lead seminars with another co-leader. You can apply for either the role of Seminar Leader or Seminar Co-leader. Co-leader role is a training and developmental opportunity, and you are encouraged to apply for the co-leader role if you are interested in developing teaching as part of your professional portfolio.

This is blended delivery – Thursday evening seminars will be Online and four Saturday modules will be in building (23 Magdalen Street, London, SE1 2EN) for Term Two and Three.

Applicants must be psycho­dynamic psycho­therapists, psycho­analytic psycho­therapists or group-analytic psychotherapists. You must be BACP accredited or registered with UKCP or BPC. You will need to be able to demonstrate the application of principles of adult learning in groups.
