Reflective Practice Group Facilitator

The Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MHCPC) seek an experienced Group Facilitator.

For a Reflective Practice group comprised of experienced psychodynamic therapists who form the Tutor Team on the MHCPC Diploma Course (BACP & BPC accredited).

As Tutors with various tasks on the Course, the team meet weekly over the academic year as a working group focussed on the development of the student cohort.

Twice each term, the Tutors meet as a Reflective Practice group to think together about the dynamics within the Tutor team and how these might be reflected in the wider organisation and beyond.
