Principle Psychotherapist / Group Analyst

We would really like to hear from you, if you are an experienced and enthusiastic Psychotherapist / Group Analyst.

The successful candidate will want to make a real difference to patients with long term mental health problems within a community setting. Working as part of a supportive and friendly Adult Mental Health Team, where you will be able to use your skills to deliver therapy. Please apply if you can demonstrate:

•You are qualified psychoanalytic or psychodynamic psychotherapist/group analyst, registered with BPC or UKCP (CPJA College)
•An ability to provide psychodynamic assessment and treatment of individual and/or group patients
•Sound clinical risk assessment and management
•Experience of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
•A good working knowledge of effective psychological treatments
•Substantial experience of supervising psychodynamic psychotherapists and other clinical staff
•Substantial experience of leadership and management of psychological therapists and other clinical staff

Location: Banbury

Salary: £53,168 – £62,001 pro-rata
