We have a number of vacancies for supervisors to work with our Diploma trainees.

Role: Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling Training Supervisor
Location: Frome, BA11
Start date: September 2022
Deadline for applications: 27th May 2022
Salary: £38.25 per hour

Role description:
In addition to supervising the clinical work of trainees on placement with the WCP clinical service (and also on external placement), training supervisors have a role in training and educating people on our Diploma to become reflective and thoughtful psychodynamic practitioners.

We are particularly interested in the following:
• Training supervisors to work with our first year Diploma trainees to prepare them for clinical work – this role will have a high teaching and facilitation focus in the first and second terms.

• Training supervisors who are interested in working with our final year trainees as they approach qualification and professional registration.

Applicants for all positions should have a qualification in psychodynamic counselling or psychotherapy, or psychoanalytic psychotherapy and be a registered/accredited psychodynamic or psychoanalytic practitioner.
Training supervisors should either have a qualification in supervision or be on a supervision training programme
