Share Psychotherapy are looking to recruit a UKCP, BACP or HCPC registered practitioner to take up the position of Clinical Lead.

Share Psychotherapy has an established reputation for achieving successful outcomes by delivering medium to longer term therapy through a range of modalities including psychodynamic and creative therapies for people with a range of mental health conditions.

Share Psychotherapy is one of the city’s major mental health charities. Established over 40 years ago, we offer medium to longer-term psychotherapy at nominal fees to people on low incomes. Around 80% of our clients have annual incomes of less than £12k. We therefore work at the vital intersection of psychological distress and poverty in the city. We have an exciting development plan that will enable us to engage with the recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic in Sheffield.

We are looking to recruit a UKCP, BACP or HCPC registered practitioner, experienced in client assessment and therapy and in the development, training and supervision of members of the therapy team. As Clinical Lead you who would also take responsibility for clinical governance, risk management, safeguarding to ensure safe practice.
