Psychodynamic Supervisor

Salary: £50/hr (£75 for a 90 minute supervision session)
Waterloo Community Counselling is currently looking for a qualified psychodynamic supervisor to run two fortnightly supervision groups for 90 minutes, with up to three counsellors. The day and time are to be confirmed. However, Monday or Thursday would be preferable. The group will need to meet face-to-face at our premises in Waterloo.
WCC operates a Low-Cost counselling service and provides an excellent placement experience to volunteer trainee counsellors undertaking psychodynamic and integrative training programmes. WCC also has a considerable number of post graduate qualified counsellors working in the team. The Multi-Ethnic Counselling Service (MECS) is also part of WCC, and we provide language counselling for referrals who are unable to access counselling in English. Many of the referrals we receive are from migrant communities and both our counsellors and clients are from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
