Head of Training

Wessex Counselling and Psychotherapy, renowned for delivering high-quality psychodynamic training from Introduction level through to Diploma (BACP accredited and BPC registered), is seeking an experienced psychodynamic practitioner to lead, develop, and manage our training department. The successful candidate will hold a recognised qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy and possess the academic ability necessary to ensure we continue to deliver the quality training for which Wessex Counselling and Psychotherapy is known.

This position requires someone with strong team-building skills and a solid academic background, who can lead from the front and motivate both staff and trainees. The ability to oversee and monitor the training budget is essential to ensure the efficient use of resources and the ongoing success of our programmes.
