Group Facilitator for Diploma in Contemporary Psychodynamic Counselling

This role is a fixed-term contract from September 2025 to September 2026
30 Seminars (3 Terms of 10 weeks), based in St Albans, with a small amount of online working
Friday daytime course Diploma 1 from 2.00pm – 3.30pm (this timing may vary depending on the cohort)
Monday daytime course Diploma 2 from 6.30-8 pm (this timing may vary depending on the cohort)

Overview: To conduct groups that are experiential in nature usually consisting of up to 12 students. The purpose of the experiential group is to explore what is of concern to individual members and the whole group in the here and now, in a manner that is appropriate and educational for students on the Diploma Course.

Directly accountable to: the Diploma Programme Tutor who has day-to-day responsibility for the course
