Clinical Services Manager

WCC is looking to recruit a part-time Clinical Services Manager (3 or 4 days per week), responsible for the recruitment, support, and management of all counsellors and supervisors working at WCC.
You’ll provide leadership and oversight of our low-cost and multilingual counselling services ensuring effective delivery, high standards of ethical and professional practice, and maintaining a high-quality placement experience for trainees.
We are looking for a counsellor/psychotherapist and qualified supervisor with a high level of clinical competence and experience of inclusive, intercultural practice with diverse clients, as well as leadership skills/ management experience.
We particularly encourage candidates from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, and those with lived experience of asylum or immigration.
