A brief summary of the role is included here:
- To maintain and further develop The Bridge Foundation as a centre of excellence in the field of parent, child and family mental health and wellbeing
- To ensure excellent clinical services for the adults, young people, children, and families who use the services of The Bridge Foundation
- To provide leadership, strategic direction and management to the organisation, especially the Senior Management Team, in relation to all aspects of The Bridge Foundation activities
- To act as a bridge between the Board of Trustees and all operational activities of The Bridge Foundation, and to be responsible and accountable to the Board of Trustees
- To operate within the boundaries of the delegated powers set by the Board of Trustees
