I am a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapist, registered with BPC, FPC and BACP. For more than 10 years, I have offered one-to-one psychotherapy in Lee, SE12 and online.

I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing emotional, psychological, or relational challenges, whether these issues are recent or have been present for some time.

If you are experiencing anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, depression, stress, relationship issues, a loss/bereavement, or something else, I offer a space to explore and understand these together.
