Biddy Arnott

I am a professional member of the Society of Analytical Psychology and a training analyst with the Institute of Group Therapy. I am a director of The Queen Anne Street Practice in central London. I have taught on many trainings and worked with London family law firms teaching and consulting.
In my practice I work with adults who have come to see that they have some responsibility for their unhappiness although perhaps unsure of how that has come about and what to do now. Therapy offers a particular unique conversation exploring difficult and sometimes unacceptable thoughts and feelings which can unconsciously drive destructive behaviours. Through the deepening of understanding a more creative reworking of the past and present can emerge.
