Patricia Grouse

I am a practicing psychodynamic psychotherapist of over twenty years experience working, both short and long-term, with patients in private practice on a once or twice weekly basis. My work includes seeing patients who have experienced or are currently experiencing difficulties in life ranging from anxiety, loss and bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, chronic illnesses, to name but a few of life's issues. I am also experienced in working with psychotherapy trainees throughout the course of their training and beyond.

Additionally, I am a qualified clinical supervisor offering supervision in person and over zoom.

My background: I have an extensive clinical, leadership and management, teaching/training background within the NHS and with London based universities.
