As a counsellor, people often ask me if I specialise in anything specific, and I have to say no. Like many others, you may suffer from anxiety, depression, grief or stress, but no two people’s suffering is alike. While your symptoms and diagnosis are important, I am more interested in getting to know you. I can offer you a space in which we can explore together what makes you who you are. I believe that understanding yourself better, particularly those areas that may not be conscious to you, can help you to be more self-compassionate, ease your suffering and improve your overall mental health.
