Mario Christou

Welcome. I’m Mario Christou, a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in Archway, North London.

A significant portion of my work involves assisting men with relationship issues, stress, anxiety disorders, depression and life transitions.

While men's mental health is a major focus, my practice is inclusive and diverse. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples from various backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of difficulties.

Prior to psychotherapy, I spent over a decade as a health and fitness practitioner, specialising in physical rehabilitation and pain management.
