I’m a psychodynamic therapist based in Central London, offering both in-person and online therapy. My approach is thoughtful, engaged, and attuned to the deeper patterns shaping your experience. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or advice-giving, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your difficulties. I work with a broad range of concerns, including identity, relationships, trauma, and loss, and have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, expats, and those navigating multiple cultural contexts. Sessions are available in English, Slovak, Czech, and Danish.
