I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working with adults, offering both face-to-face and online sessions with consulting rooms in Abington, Cambridge and Central London.

My practice includes short-term dynamic psychotherapy (12 or 18 sessions) as well as open-ended therapy tailored to specific needs.

I have experience working with adults with late-diagnosis ADHD and those suffering with anxiety and depression.

I have a particular interest in working with problems around work and employment, particularly those in the STEM fields and finance who are finding the passion they once had for their work has waned.
