I believe that psychotherapy can lead to positive and lasting change and can benefit us in many ways.

For over 14 years I’ve supported people through periods of change, challenge, and uncertainty.

I’m an experienced clinician, having worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, in a number of different settings, over several weeks, months, or years. My approach is open, supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental.

I’m based in the North Laine, Brighton, where I have a private Consulting Room a few minutes from the station, and I also work online and over the phone, or a combination of these. I also practice at a clinic and volunteer for the NHS in an acute psychiatric hospital.
