I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), The British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).

I studied the arts therapies and psychodynamic counselling at the University of Hertfordshire, and I completed my psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at The Guild of Psychotherapists. I also hold an MFA from New York University.

I work from a pluralistic perspective that is informed by my experience in the arts and the depth psychology of Carl Jung.
