You may feel stuck in patterns in relationships, work, or self-understanding that are hard to shift, even when you have thought about them in depth. Some people I work with feel anxious, low, or unsettled, or find themselves repeatedly questioning their sense of direction or self-worth.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and make sense of the difficulties they are facing. People come to therapy for many reasons — sometimes following a loss or life transition, sometimes because of long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change.

I offer psychotherapy in person and online. My approach is reflective and steady. Together, we explore how earlier experiences and relationships may continue to shape current feelings, relationships, and ways of relating to yourself.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in the arts and cultural sector. This continues to inform my sensitivity to identity, creativity, and the experience of holding an external role while managing a different internal experience.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked in clinical placements within counselling services and community mental health settings, supporting adults from varied backgrounds.

I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), and I adhere to their professional and ethical standards.
