I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Central London, offering once-weekly open-ended psychotherapy and short-term counselling to adults. My approach focuses on exploring unconscious processes, transference, and relational patterns to help clients gain insight into their emotional lives. I have worked extensively with individuals exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, and diverse relationship structures. I also have significant experience in men’s mental health. My practice provides a reflective space to support clients in navigating personal challenges and fostering psychological growth.
