I'm a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering long-term and open-ended psychotherapy to adults in Brighton & Hove.

I can offer sessions once or twice weekly, which are generally face-to-face, though I am open to incorporating some remote work where appropriate.

I work with people from all kinds of backgrounds experiencing various difficulties. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who struggle with feelings of envy, jealousy and insecurity, as well as social anxiety, perfectionism or depression and loneliness.
