Life can be challenging, broken relationships, bereavement, medical conditions and financial pressures serve as just a few of the factors that can position you in a place of emotional uncertainty, distress or anxiety. The exploration of your inner world to address the emotional and psychological difficulties you may be facing is what I offer.

I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist that works within the framework of BPC standards of conduct, practice and ethics, thereby providing you with a confidential and supportive space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. I am truly committed in supporting clients on their journey of emotional discovery, a greater sense of self-awareness and a state of positive well-being.

The development of the therapeutic relationship between clinician and client can induce a feeling of being truly heard and understood, and promote healing and growth. I work with clients who have experienced bereavement, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, cultural issues, racial issues, low self-esteem and childhood trauma.

I currently work face-to-face at HQ therapy in Haggerston on a Monday from 5:00pm-12:00am. I have openings for face- to- face clients at HQ therapy on a Monday.

I also work face-to-face at Enfield Counselling and Psychotherapy Service on a Tuesday and Wednesday. I do not have any openings for face -to-face sessions at Enfield Counselling and Psychotherapy Service on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

I have daytime and evening availability on Thursdays for online and telephone sessions, from 8:00am - 8:00pm. I also have afternoon and evening availability on Sundays for online and telephone sessions from 5:00pm - 11:00pm.
