I work with adults coming from all walks of life and from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
I have developed my practice over many years in various NHS psychotherapy settings and currently work at the Tavistock and Portman Trauma Service as a specialist psychotherapist.
I offer a confidential space where curiosity, care and trauma-informed practice prevail.
My work in complex trauma has led me to pay greater attention to the body where sensations and symptoms can become trapped.
I offer individual psychodynamic psychotherapy on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
