Maria Aristidou

I provide counselling and psychotherapy sessions for adults and couples in North London, covering areas in and around Enfield Barnet and Southgate. I mainly work in person and online. I work with individuals who have been deeply affected by current or early life traumas such as the loss of a loved one, sexual abuse, physical abuse and emotional neglect. I also work with parents who struggle in their relationships with their children, as well as individuals who have a desire for progress through personal growth and development. Therapy plays a crucial part in supporting you to understand how 'your' trauma has impacted your psychological well-being. As well as helping you to find pathways to cope better in your life.
