I am a dual trained mental health practitioner with 20 years of experience, working in NHS. I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse and a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I have completed my psychotherapy training at Tavistock Clinic. I am also a member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapist (TSP). I have vast experience of working with people suffering from low mood, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, relationship difficulties, emotional difficulties, grief, eating problems and self-harm.
