I have many years of experience working individually with adults as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (Tavistock trained) in NHS, charity and private practice settings. I work with clients with wide-ranging issues, from anxiety, depression and emotional disturbance, through to long-standing issues of severe and enduring trauma.

I understand it can take considerable courage to entrust your inner difficulties with someone. I offer a carefully attuned presence, and a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their difficulties and bring about the possibility of lasting change to personality and development. It can often be helpful to increase the frequency of your weekly sessions which allows more time and a deeper exploration to take place. I tend to work on a long term, open ended basis.
