I have a private practice in Finchley Central and Finsbury Park in London. I can offer long-and short term psychodynamic psychotherapy, depending on your needs. I have experience in a range of difficulties and mental health issues such as abuse, anxiety, autism*, ADHD*, bereavement, depression, family- and relationship difficulties, divorce, feeling different, feeling sad, identity crises, isolation, loneliness, low self-esteem, masking, and self-harm.

*) Note: I do not view autism or ADHD to be a mental health issue, but rather a cognitive difference. However, often people on the autism spectrum and/or with ADHD suffer from mental health issues.
