Sonja De Martini

I offer comprehensive services both in person and online in the King's Cross, the City and Golders Green areas of London. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and while I primarily engage in open-ended, longer-term therapy, I also provide time-limited sessions for up to 12 weeks. With a diverse range of expertise, I specialise in addressing anxiety, depression, gender identity, loss, trauma, and relationship issues. One of my interests lies in family constellation work and adopting a systemic perspective to explore individual challenges arising out of inter-generational trauma. Drawing from my extensive background as an occupational psychologist for over two decades, I also integrate mental health considerations within the workplace.
