Based in central London (EC4R), I am a professionally qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist.

The work I undertake, pays attention to why difficulties in the present are linked with how past experiences shape relationships in the present.

I offer a safe and confidential space in which to talk and get in touch with often difficult emotions and thoughts. I work in-person and online and offer either once or twice weekly, long-term open ended psychotherapy or time-limited brief therapy consisting of twelve sessions.
