Rachel Thomas

I am a child, adolescent and family psychotherapist working in the West Cotswolds – Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. With a background in Primary Education, family support and arts facilitation, I bring 28 years of experience working in a wide variety of ways with children, young people and their parents. My psychotherapy work involves children and young people with a range of different issues and needs. I have experience of assessment and consultation with a view to finding appropriate therapeutic pathways, working in schools and in private practice to support children and staff, to get the best outcomes for children and young people. I also have training in systemic family work, which informs my work with children and young people, meaning that, where appropriate, I will also work with parents.
