I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, practicing in discreet and comfortable consulting rooms in Enfield and online. I provide both short and long-term psychotherapy; my approach is non-judgmental and impartial, helping you to identify patterns that you are struggling with that may be adversely affecting your life. This can help you to gain perspective, implement change and lead to long-term relief from troubling symptoms.

In addition, I am a qualified Psychodynamic Supervisor, seeing both trainees and qualified therapists either on a 1-1 basis or in small groups.
