Joanne Walters

I am a psychodynamically trained counsellor/psychotherapist, working to support adults in a safe and empathetic environment to effect positive change.

I provide a non judgmental space to understand and address a range of issues, including low mood, anxiety and depression. We will work together to improve and support good mental health and well being.

I’m passionate about recognising and addressing the impact of adverse experiences, with a particular interest in the understanding and integration of early childhood experience, and the transition into adulthood, to create change, to active potential, and support development and creative growth.
