Neetu Rastogi
Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
About Neetu Rastogi
I offer therapy to individuals and couples, both online and in-person (where availability permits).
London is rich in diversity and one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. I have extensive experience in private practice working with family/partner dynamics, difference, belonging, identity, cultural issues and inter-generational trauma and understanding how these issues can affect people in the course of their everyday life.
I am keen to learn how we can work together to think about what may feel confusing and painful in a calm, confidential and non-judgemental environment, where self-care is front and centre.
In addition, over the last 18 years, I have also worked with vulnerable and marginalised adolescents and adults who have been subject to the criminal justice system, both within the community and prisons as well as psychiatric secure facilities. I have supported individuals, predominantly men, suffering from acute, chronic, and complex trauma, addiction, personality disorders, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I am currently continuing NHS forensic psychotherapy work at the Portman Clinic (formerly the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust) alongside private practice. I understand the importance of providing a safe and confidential space to allow clients to explore what may feel uncomfortable.
Offering long-term or time limited therapy, predominantly online. Capacity for in person therapy in central London is currently limited. Please contact me for current availability.
