Lauren Haycox

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering once- or twice-weekly sessions in St Albans and online. My approach gives space to talk freely, reflect, and explore the links between past and present. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of painful experiences. I also use body-based techniques where helpful, particularly when working with trauma. Alongside my private practice, I maintain regular supervision and ongoing training to ensure my work remains thoughtful and up to date.
