Barnaby Dunn

I am a psychodynamic child, adolescent and family psychotherapist currently working in the charity sector and in private practice.

I offer individual psychotherapy to young people aged 11-25 presenting with a range of emotional difficulties, including depression, anxiety and self-harm. I also provide consultation sessions for parents and carers to reflect on family dynamics and to think about their child's emotional world in more depth.

I have over ten years of experience supporting young people and families, working in different contexts and settings, including within the NHS, both 1 to 1 and in groups. Some areas I have more specialist expertise in are around working with boys with behavioural difficulties, group dynamics, chronic illness, eating disorders, neurodiversity and questions of identity.
