I am a qualified and experienced Jungian psychotherapist. I am also a qualified mental health clinician. I aim to provide a confidential space where you can talk freely which can help to increase awareness and understanding of the difficulties you are experiencing within yourself and in your relationship with others. I offer both short term and long term work.

Relationship problems, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss and early relational trauma. My approach commences with an assessment to determine your needs.
