I offer consultations and long or brief term psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy with adults, couples and groups. I have longstanding experience in working with people suffering from difficult life events such as losses, separations, divorce and relationship difficulties; difficulties in professional life; difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma,ow self esteem and low sense of self.

I am fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Urdu and am able to offer psychotherapy in these languages. Currently I only offer video or telephone sessions.
