Catherine Adlam

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working in a Community Mental Health Team in the NHS and also privately. I have a Masters in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and a clinical qualification with The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I have experience working with adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety and depression, obsessive difficulties and phobias, bereavement, trauma, disordered eating, mania, personality and relationship difficulties. I approach each client with compassion, respect and curiosity, and am interested in the unique meaning of each person’s strengths and difficulties.

I am currently training as a Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) Practitioner.
