Hello, I am a mental health professional with 24 years experience. I have trained extensively at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust for eight years. I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with the BPC. I aim to provide compassionate, excellent, safe and confidential care to my patients. I have extensive experience working with low mood, depression, anxiety, trauma, group work, individual work, relational difficulties, bereavement and complex mental health issues. I offer online therapy work which is available world wide. I offer short term 16 session and open ended psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also offer in-person therapy in Central London.
