Many of the people I work with arrive carrying something that has resisted other forms of help, a grief that won't resolve, a trauma that keeps surfacing, a sense of living at a remove from themselves or others. Some are navigating the particular difficulties of living between cultures, or carrying histories shaped by displacement, difference, or belonging. My work is with adults across the UK who are ready to look more closely at what lies beneath the surface of their difficulties.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 28 years of experience in mental health. I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and hold registrations with the BPC, BACP, and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I work exclusively online, which means I am accessible to clients throughout the UK regardless of location.

My specialist areas are trauma, complex grief, and intercultural psychotherapy. I am particularly interested in the ways early relational experience shapes how we move through loss, rupture, and change in adult life, and in creating a therapeutic space in which something genuinely different can begin to happen.

Therapy with me is open-ended, exploratory, and grounded in the relationship between us. I work at depth, and I take seriously the time it takes to do that well. I offer an initial 90-minute consultation, which allows us both to consider whether we are a good fit before committing to ongoing work.

I also offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee therapists globally.
