I am a former NHS consultant psychiatrist in psychotherapy practising privately from Gibraltar and Spain as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I offer online sessions worldwide.

Going into therapy and putting aside the time and energy to really work on yourself can be a rewarding experience. If you have been struggling with feeling sad, anxious or lost, or difficulties in relationships have been causing you distress, over time psychodynamic psychotherapy can help get to the root causes of problems, and as a result can help you feel freer and more in charge of how you deal with things.
