I am a psychodynamic counsellor who works as a Senior Counsellor & Joint Lead Counsellor in the NHS and in private practice. Spent 6 years working as a Honorary Psychotherapist at Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals, London. I am interested in helping you make sense of your life so that you can then decide if you want to make changes, or not. I offer time-limited work (8-16 sessions) as well as open-ended work. My area of interest is depression, anxiety and those struggling with relationships. I am an accredited Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) Therapist and DIT Supervisor. I am an accredited Supervisor with the British Association for Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervision (BAPPS) and supervise colleagues in the NHS and in private practice. I offer work on-line and face-to-face at The Queen Anne Street Practice, Marylebone London.
