Description

Why study this course?

‘Cognitive Somatic’ therapy is NICE’s description of energy psychology and
is recommended for treatment of PTSD by the NHS. Understanding the history, context, uses and limitations of EP (tapping, EFT, TAT, AIT) will be essential for future treatment plans.

Who is this course for?

Any therapist, counsellor or coach interested in this crucial new form of therapy.

What to expect

This workshop looks at the background, roots, and history of EP; some of the research around it and its successes and limitations. There will be exploration of at least 2 forms of EP; discussion of how they are best integrated into our clinical practice; some case studies.

Time & Location
10 am – 5 pm on Zoom – breaks and lunch will be scheduled throughout the day
