Training in Psychoanalysis (IPA, BPA, EPF, BPC)
Come and meet the BPA; hear about our organisation, our training, our pre-training courses and our post-training opportunities. Join us in person or online via Zoom for an opportunity to ask questions and join small discussion groups to think about your particular circumstances.
You will learn about the application process, hear from candidates about their experience of the training and from analysts about life working as a psychoanalyst.
The BPA provides training to become a Psychoanalyst. Successful completion of the training leads to membership of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA), the EPF (European Psychoanalytic Federation) and the British Psychoanalytic Association (BPA). Qualification also leads to registration with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).
