The category of Affiliate Member Institution (AMI) of the BPC is open to organisations which support the growth of psychoanalytically-informed work in the UK and broadly support the policy aims and objectives of the BPC. This will enable organisations of different types, which may not be eligible or may not wish to become full Member Institutions for a variety of reasons, to have a formal association with the organisation.
